I like mega Gardevoir on a 'zap-cat' team although I recently played a heatproof psychium z bronzong with hypnosis backed up by bulu, Incineroar and bulky as balls belly drum Snorlax with stockpile too.
I was using zard y/lando/kartana/fini core and got wrecked...
I think Cress is the most consistent one for general usage. But if you're doing a hard TR team and want to almost guarantee it gets set up t1, Mimikyu is the best mon for that.
Gengar's surprise TR strat has to be the most effective one against me due to surprise but Gardevior and Gothetelle have been causing the most chaos in TR teams.

Cresselia's thiccness takes the cake for me on this one
Cress or got him definitely
I think P2 has been the most reliable form of TR set-up for me. Especially using the M-Venusaur, Araquanid team that runs P2.
I thought cybertrons musharna with psychium z was really solid at setting tr
